I love your Heroines series so much. I’ve seen essays about the writers who’ve inspired women to write, but I think you’re really onto something with the characters who fired our imaginations.
I would love to write about Tiger Lily. I adored her when I was 5 and 6. I think she directly inspired the character in my space opera series — and no doubt my sexuality too, but I don’t have to get into that in the essay, if that’s beyond the pale.
I’d love to get the GLs from you. Thanks so much for giving me a shot!
